So – where to go with children under 6 years old?

Grandpa went to Zlatitsa,

lost a glove...

Grandpa's Glove Park in the green, quiet, peaceful and beautiful Srednogorsk town of Zlatitsa is a place that will deeply charm and delight your child!

"Grandfather's Mitten" Park is a themed children's playground based on the classic rhyming fairy tale of the same name by Elin Pelin. Little mischievous children will come face to face with the little mouse Grizana, the long-eared Rabbit Bayo Srednogorski, the shaggy Lisa, the Wolf from the Balkans and the shaggy Metsana. They will have the opportunity to play with their favorite characters in Grandfather's Mitten, laugh their hearts out and have a great time while you read them the rhymes of the fairy tale from the benches in the park!

I tell you about this wonderful park and how to get to it HERE.

We started our cheerful children's journey from the rhyming fairy tale "Grandfather's Mitten" and we continue with the fun, laughter, wonderful mood and adventures precisely in the "Fairytale Forest"!

"Fairytale Forest" Park in Rakovski
"Fairytale Forest" Park in Rakovski

As its name suggests, this magical children's park tells wonderful tales and performs magic!

The park is incredibly peaceful, quiet, green, spacious, shady, with wonderful alleys for walking, benches for relaxing, fountains for cooling off, and colorful corners for a wonderful mood.

All the fairy tales that the park will tell you, and all the fairy-tale characters that the park will meet you with, you will find HERE.

From Rakovski and the "Fairytale Forest" we continue to a place of real children's fun - a fairy tale of attractions, a storm of colors, an explosion of children's laughter and sounds of joy!

Where!? In the Stamboliyski eco-park, of course!

It's impressive and child-friendly! It brings joy to the little ones and the not-so-little ones.

Euphoria and laughter can be felt everywhere in the park – sunshine of happiness, joy, a million smiles, fairy-tale magic and a pinch of hope!

I tell you about the Stamboliyski eco-park and how to get there HERE.

From the town of Stamboliyski we head to another place filled with fun and laughter – a place without boredom! This is the Svoboda Island park in the town of Pazardzhik.

Whether it's time for a walk with the baby stroller, or you want the children to ride a tricycle, bicycle, rollerblades or skates, whether we need a pleasant and peaceful walk, or we want to enjoy and laugh at the animals, play sports, or simply want entertainment - the Svoboda Island Park offers all this and even more!

I tell you about the "Freedom" Island Park and how to get there HERE.

It's time to take a magical walk along the unique sandy alleys of "St. Vrach" Park in the town of Sandanski and share the magic and enchanting embrace of spring.

The Bistritsa River, which is best known as Sandanska Bistritsa (its old name was Svetivrachka Bistritsa) is the river along which this phenomenal park was built. Sandanska Bistritsa gives the air in the park a completely healthy and healing effect, which is especially suitable for children!

I tell you about the "Sveti Vrach" park HERE.

From the Sandanska Bistritsa River and the town of Sandanski, we continue to the Iskar River and the town of Samokov, where we discover another phenomenally impressive urban green heart - "Kraiiskarets" park.

The fountains in the vast lake bring freshness, and the floating feathered inhabitants in it delight the little mischievous ones.

I tell you about the "Kraiiskarets" park HERE.

From the Iskar River and the town of Samokov we head towards the Bistritsa River, which flows through the town of Dupnitsa and flows into the Dzherman. We head towards the foot of Rila, where we discover the green, so vast and wonderful "Rila" park.

Whether they choose the children's corner, whether they will have fun studying the animals in the zoo, whether they will walk along the wide alleys, having fun by the river, one thing is certain - the children will sincerely have fun, they will have fun to their heart's content and will create incredible memories.

I tell you about Rila Park HERE.

From the town of Dupnitsa we head to the Madjare eco-trail. This is a wonderful entertaining forest didactic route for the youngest travelers.

This eco-trail is extremely easy, incredibly pleasant and is specially designed for the youngest adventurers and their parents!

You will learn everything about the "Madjare" eco-trail HERE.

From Rila we set off towards the highly rugged and phenomenally beautiful Prespa section of the Western Rhodopes, where we find the village of Belitsa, Lucky municipality. From Belitsa starts the "Belitsa - Cave" eco-trail - easy, very pleasant for a walk, with very little elevation gain and is covered very quickly, which makes it extremely attractive for young families with small children.

You can learn more about the "Belitsa - Cave" eco-trail HERE.

Here we are again among the centuries-old giants of Rila, where we discover the "Pesako" eco-trail - an easy and pleasant route in the heart of Borovets.

This eco-trail starts from the old center of Borovets and ends minutes from the parking lot of the "Sitnyakovo Express" lift, located in the southeastern end of the resort.

You can learn more about the "Pesako" eco-trail HERE.

You are probably looking for attractions and more daring entertainment?! If so, the bear park above Belitsa, nestled in the beautiful Rila forests, is just for you!

Just 14.5 kilometers northeast of the village of Banya, Razlog (about 18 minutes by car) is beautiful Belitsa.

About 12 kilometers northeast of the town of Belitsa (about 22 minutes by car) along a narrow and in some sections quite dusty road in the foothills of Rila Mountains, there is a bear park that I invite you to visit.
