The Arch of Freedom

Dear friends, in this travel post I present to you one of the places where you feel truly free!

This is the Arch of Freedom monument.

The "Arch of Freedom" is located on Mount Goraltepe (1,595 meters) near the Trojan Pass.

How do you get to the Arch of Freedom monument?

Monument "Arch of Freedom" rises in the middle of the Troyan - Karnare pass.

Arriving at the very top, watch for a sharp turnoff leading to the arch. Near the monument there is a designated place where you can leave the cars, take a walk, admire the panoramas, take photos and videos.

The views in all directions are amazing and give incomparable emotions.

Botev peak

You can see the northern and southern slopes of the Central Stara Planina, as well as Mount Botev.
