What can be visited nearby?
Returning back along the road, be sure to turn left, where an authentic Roman Kufarita bridge awaits you.
Continuing after the Kufarita bridge, the road will take you to the "St. George" chapel above Dushantsi, from where you will enjoy a wonderful view of the entire Zlatitsa-Pirdop valley.
Don't miss a wonderful walk around the picturesque jewel of Dushantsi.
Let your walk also take you to the beautiful church "St. St. Cyril and Methodius".

5 kilometers from Dushantsi (6 minutes by car) is the charming village of Anton, which I recommend you to explore.
Near the village on the Sub-Balkan road itself, you can enjoy the wonderful Antonovski waterfall.
About 12 kilometers from Dushantsi (about 15 minutes by car) is the town of Zlatica, where you can visit a number of interesting sights!
In the center of the town of Zlatica is the old clock tower.
От старата часовникова кула се насочвате към североизточна част на Златица, северно от ЖП линията, където ще откриете очарователния и пълноводен през цялата година Златишки водопад.
Златишки водопад е забележителен и през есента, когато всичко наоколо е пъстро и пастелно.
В непосредствена близост до самия водопад се намират стълбите, които ще ви отведат до параклис "Св. Св. Кирик и Юлита". От мястото се разкрива изключително красива гледка към цялата Златишко-Пирдопска котловина.
Ако продължите вляво покрай водопада, ще се озовете до манастир "Възнесение Господне" и Спасово кладенче.
Не пропускайте да разгледате и чудния парк "Дядовата ръкавичка".
На 10 километра от Душанци (на 12 минути с автомобил) се намират величествените руини на Ѐленска базилика, които в никакъв случай не бива да пропускате да посетите.
Еленска базилика е прекрасна и през зимата.
В близост до руините на Ѐленска базилика, като спомен за погубения български манастир, през 2010 година е издигнат и осветен параклис „Св. Илия“.
