Holy Sunday church in the charming village of Starosel was built in 1819.
The temple takes the name of the patroness of young girls and is believed to fulfill their deepest desires.
During the April Epic, the temple was severely damaged, but ten years later it was completely restored.
The church has exceptional icons made by the best famous Bulgarian icon painter - Nikola Danchov.
